Here it comes again, - picture i saw in the picture. Although this particular photo is something you can not predict or plan, so it must be "from above" - perfect moment, perfect look, perfect angle...

This is perfect photo which shows why i like digital photo world, where i can be a painter, creating something unique out of raw material, which allows me to crop a photo, to zoom in to some special fragment of photo (which big photo file allows me to do so in a great extent) and then to do a painting.

Sometimes i think: "what my pictures could look like, if i would have some models to give me proper time to create something like this...", but on the other hand, maybe then i wouldn't be able to see things what i see in moments which just passes by to catch them.

I am Latvian living in Riga, Latvia.
Photography has been in my heart since childhood. Probably it was because of my godfather and also my mother who did the magic of stopping time with their cameras.
I got my first camera at age of seven and since then i never put photo camera away, always trying to picture something, - nature, people, events...
I've been walking on my own in my photographic journey, trying to progress with my limitations of finances and photo equipment, staying just as a hobbyist in photographic world.
Through the years i understood that my photographic passion is to picture people, especially portraying them as they are, as natural as possible. Another passion of mine is to photograph stage (performances) but unfortunately most of the times it is just the privilege of so called professionals. So i am left dreaming, but maybe it is not that bad just to Dream after all ...
